Eagle Pointe Subdivision is located between 10 and 11 Mile Roads on the coast of Lake
St. Clair in St. Clair Shores, Michigan. Founded in 1922, Eagle Pointe is privately
owned by its residents in a neighborhood of eight city blocks. Families and friends
of Eagle Pointe frequently enjoy water sports on a community-shared plot of shoreline
as well as year-round gatherings, such as block parties and yard sales.
While the Summer brings boating, fishing, and barbeques, the Eagle Pointe neighbors pass the winters out on the ice, or visiting with each other over dinner or around the fireplace. Just outside of the subdivision, the Nautical Mile provides shopping and nights out on the town for weekenders, and other city parks and monuments lie within walking distance of the small neighborhood. The friends and families of Eagle Pointe welcome newcomers to St. Clair Shores each year with city activities and assemblies. Check out our history and fun facts links for more information. Thanks for dropping by!
